What ac maintenance & cleaning involves
In Doha, dust is the number one reason an AC stops cooling. A blocked coil traps heat, the compressor works harder, and the bill climbs before the unit finally fails.
We recommend a deep clean twice a year — once before summer and once after the worst of it. Annual contracts for villas and shops are available with priority call-out.
What's included
- Indoor unit strip-down, coil and blower wheel deep wash
- Filter cleaning or replacement
- Drain pan and drain line flush with anti-fungal treatment
- Outdoor condenser coil pressure wash
- Gas pressure and temperature drop test
- Electrical terminals checked and tightened
