It started with one van in 2011
Rashid began doing AC repairs around Al Mansoura after years working for a large MEP contractor. He was tired of watching customers get charged for compressors they did not need, and of installations that were finished too fast to last.
Word travelled the way it does in Doha — one neighbour tells another. By 2015 we had three technicians and our first annual maintenance contracts with shops in Al Sadd. Today five teams cover the city from Lusail down to Al Wakrah, and we have serviced more than five thousand units.
We still keep the workshop small on purpose. Every technician is on our payroll, trained in-house, and accountable for the jobs they sign off.
